Terms of service

1. What we provide

Dawatnama sells access to digital invitation designs. When you buy one, you get an account, a customisable card hosted at a link we provide, and tools to manage your guest list for the length of your access period.

2. Your access period

A purchase includes 3 months of access, stated at checkout. During it you can edit your card as often as you like and your links stay live. When it ends, your card stops being publicly viewable and editing is paused.

We do not delete your content when access ends. Everything you entered is retained so you can extend and pick up exactly where you left off. See the privacy notice for how long we keep it.

3. Payment

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged once, not on a subscription. Payment is by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, paid directly to the studio. We activate your card when the transfer is confirmed, and we tell you if we cannot match a payment to your order.

Private-link packs, the setup service and extensions are separate purchases, made when you choose to. Moving to a bigger pack costs only the difference between the two packs.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or type: names, photographs, event details and guest lists. You grant us only the permission needed to host and display it as part of the service you bought.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, including photographs and music that feature or belong to other people.

5. Guest data

When you add guests, you are asking us to store their names and, if you provide them, phone numbers. You are responsible for having a proper basis to share those details with us, and for what you send to your guests.

We do not market to your guests and we never contact them for our own purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Dawatnama to:

• impersonate another person or organisation
• publish content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights
• send unsolicited bulk messages
• attempt to access another customer's card, account or data

7. The design stays ours

You are buying the right to use a design for your own occasion. The designs, artwork and code remain ours. You may not resell them, copy them, or use them as the basis of another product.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep every live card reachable at all times and we fix problems with a live card the same day they are reported. We cannot promise the internet will never be down, and we are not liable for a guest who did not open a link.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the refund policy on this site, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and, for anything material, tell existing customers by email. Continuing to use your card after that means you accept the new terms.
