Privacy notice

1. What we collect

• Your account: name, email address, password (stored hashed, never readable by us) and a phone number if you give one.
• Your card: everything you type or upload into it, including names, dates, venues, photographs and music.
• Your guests: the names, headcounts and, if you add them, phone numbers you enter into your guest list.
• Orders: what you bought, the amount, and the transaction reference you give us for a bank transfer. We never see your bank login or card details.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp or email.

2. What we use it for

We do not sell data, we do not run advertising on invitations, and we do not contact your guests for our own purposes.

• To host and show your invitation to the people you send it to.
• To activate your purchase and answer your questions.
• To tell you about your own order or card, such as when access is about to end.
• To keep the service working and to spot abuse.

3. Who can see an invitation

A general link can be opened by anybody who has it. A private guest link is unguessable but not secret: anyone it is forwarded to can open it. Please keep off a card anything you would not want forwarded. Cards are marked so search engines do not index them.

4. Cookies and analytics

One cookie keeps you signed in to your panel. It is essential and is set only when you log in.

The marketing pages may use Google Analytics to count visits, but only after you accept it in the cookie banner; until then nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can say no, and your choice is remembered on your device. Invitation pages, previews and your panel never carry analytics.

5. How long we keep it

Your card and guest list are kept for as long as your account exists, including after your access period ends, so you can extend without starting over. If you delete a card, its guest list and uploads are deleted with it. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete everything within 30 days, except records of payment we are required to keep.

6. Where it is stored

On servers we control. Uploads are stored privately and served only through your card's links.

7. Your rights

You can see and change everything in your panel. To export or delete your data, or to ask anything about this notice, write to support@dawatnama.store.
